The researched knowledge base and recreated single-file reference cover England GP software, DSIC and related clinical safety/assurance topics. The workbook remains outside this wiki. The initial content synthesis is complete subject to the recorded verification report.

Current priority

• Proposed update: Validate the reference’s intake and synthetic examples in the target Copilot session. Why it matters: Documentation cannot establish the tenant’s actual extraction and retrieval behaviour. Done when: The local reviewer records successful reference probes, truthful extraction limits and correct classifications before a real workbook review.
