Revisited all original source entries with recorded inspection depth; used live Confluence content API metadata to resolve stale-cache conflicts. Corrected selected requirement summaries and preserved unknown product applicability.

Synthesised local InterSystems, COPPER TIGER, UK Digital Health compliance and DShCR research (^{091, 092, 093, 094}). Graph queries with poor subject recall were followed by scoped canonical sources; hashes and revisions are retained in local provenance records. No sibling research content was edited.

User selected NHS blue and clarified that Copilot service is available with web search disabled. The workbook stays solely on the closed network. Added format, grounding, retrieval, batching and continuation guidance from current Microsoft documentation (^{075, 086, 087, 088, 089}).
